Our Structure, Business, and Supply Chains

FFA Security Group is a provider of specialist security services across the United Kingdom. We provide a wide range of services including security staffing, reception management, and facilities support, and we work with a variety of suppliers to deliver high-quality security solutions to our clients.

Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

We have implemented a range of policies and procedures that address human rights and specifically aim to minimise the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains. These include:

  • Modern Slavery Policy

  • Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

  • Colleague Handbook

  • Recruitment and Selection Policy

  • Whistleblowing Policy

These policies are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet statutory obligations and best practices.

Areas of Risk in Business and Supply Chains

We recognise that certain parts of our industry supply chains may be at higher risk of slavery and human trafficking. This is particularly true for services reliant on low-paid labour, such as subcontracted work involving workers on student visas, non-compliance with minimum wage requirements, excessive working hours, and uniform production outside the UK.

To mitigate these risks, we do not subcontract our services. We promote safe and fair working conditions, including the responsible management of environmental and social issues.

Effectiveness and Performance Indicators

We measure the effectiveness of our efforts to combat slavery and human trafficking using several key performance indicators (KPIs), including the completion of pre-qualification assessments, supplier compliance with our anti-slavery clauses, and ongoing monitoring by our Compliance Team.

Our Senior Management and Compliance Teams regularly review these KPIs to ensure they remain effective in preventing slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

Training on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We provide specialist training to colleagues involved in recruitment and supply chain management. General awareness training and resources are available to all employees via our company intranet. We also promote regular communication on these issues, including blogs and updates, to strengthen awareness and vigilance among our staff.

Our Commitment

This statement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act (2015) and aligns with the Ethical Trading Initiative’s Modern Slavery Framework. It represents our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. This statement will be reviewed annually and published.
